Terms of Service

The Service

Logsmith is an AI-powered video labeling service for sports footage. You install our plugin into Claude Code or Claude Desktop, and the plugin connects to our intelligence server for alignment, vision analysis, and label generation. Your footage stays on your machine. Our server processes metadata and frame thumbnails.

Your Account

You are responsible for your account credentials and API keys. Do not share your API key. If you believe your key has been compromised, revoke it immediately from your dashboard and create a new one. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your API key.

Subscriptions and Billing

Logsmith is a subscription service billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or the Stripe customer portal.

Free trials last 7 days. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged.

Your Content

Your footage, labels, filenames, and sidecar files are yours. Logsmith does not claim any ownership over content you create or process through the service.

Logsmith processes clip metadata and frame thumbnails on our servers to provide the labeling service. We do not retain this data beyond what is needed to complete your labeling session (see Privacy Policy for retention details).

Acceptable Use

Do not use Logsmith to process content that violates applicable laws. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the labeling intelligence, alignment algorithms, or vision prompts. Do not share or redistribute your API key.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Local tools (file operations, frame extraction) work without our server. Remote tools (alignment, vision, label generation) require connectivity to our intelligence server.

Limitation of Liability

Logsmith is provided as-is. We are not liable for labeling errors, data loss, or damages resulting from use of the service. Labels are generated by AI and should be reviewed before use in production workflows.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
