What do I need to use Logsmith?
Claude Code (free CLI) or Claude Desktop, plus a Logsmith subscription. Install our plugin, set your API key, and point it at your footage.
How does the free trial work?
7 days of full access to all features. Card required upfront but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
Your footage and all labeled files stay on your machine. You lose access to the labeling intelligence (alignment, vision analysis, profile matching), but everything you've already labeled is yours.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Move from Individual to Program anytime. Your billing prorates automatically. For Enterprise, contact us for a custom quote.
Do you offer academic or volume pricing?
Yes. Contact us for conference-level deals, multi-program pricing, or institutional licensing.
What sports are supported?
Football, basketball, golf, and a general event profile for non-sport footage. More sports coming. Enterprise customers can request custom profiles.
